NEOGLOW's History

 Based in Abu Dhabi, Neoglow is a brand brought to you by SM Autoparts. Being a family owned business we have been here for almost 37 years and have been through phases that has given us the  experience and expertise in Automobile electrical and electronics.
In the late 70's our business focused on automobile electrical works and spare parts.
In the 80's we focused on Automobile and marine audio and phone installations along with the above.
In the 90's we added car security systems and air condition to our expertise.
In the current decade we have been juggling with all the above expertise.
In 2010 we decided to focus on Car audio and Customization. We introduced a brand that will be the synonym for customer experience and quality craftsmanship.

During the time of recession when every other business is focused on making a quick buck we are doing the reverse. We prefer your loyalty. We do one installation at a time to ensure quality and hence finish the job according to your need. We reduced our operational cost by spending less and optimizing our work flow. All this is possible due to our prolonged presence in this field.

NEOGLOW's TEAM

Our team is comprised of three. The Shop owner Mr Abdul Rehman, the sales attendant and helper Mr Salam, Mr Farooq the business consultant and solution provider. Very soon there will be more members as Neoglow brand is growing. The shop owner is an expert in installation and customization field. The consultant is the expert in car audio who listens to you and make sure you get exactly what you need. We are also having a special consultant Mr Ryan who takes part in consultation when the objective is pure sound quality.

Few year ago I wanted to setup my car in way that would satisfy my desire to have the best.  This was not the first attempt to upgrade my system and will not be the last. Being a Kicker Fan and knowing the performance of Kicker system I decided to get an upgraded Kicker Speakers. I visited a shop in Dubai that sells authorized Kicker products and paid AED 1500 for Kicker RS65.2 component speakers. Little did i know at that moment that it was a total rip off. Today we sell the same model for AED 1000 and sell the top model QS series for AED 1400. It was experiences like these that made me move my family business to focus more on car audio.

I make online purchases a lot and get some great deals online but at the cost of huge shipping and no warranty. I feel that if we can get all the benefit to our customers with no side effects, why not? Why just sell items in your store why not sell in an online store so thousands can have access to great products at a great price. Yes I want each and everyone purchasing from us feel that they got a good deal.

I have been helping members in UAEBOOST.NET car enthusiast community for the last four years and feel UAE lacks a strong Car audio community. We have audiophiles scattered across the country. Many new enthusiasts are misguided and extorted leading to straying away from this passion. The forum was developed to help anyone and everyone. Bring together the people and make a strong team which is accepted even in an international level.

 Last year during the Loud and Clear Competition I faced cars with excellent installation and good setup. But the victory came in because my Sub + Amp combination and the countless hours spend in designing and building the perfect enclosure. The system was never to be an SPL setup but it did manage to beat systems with multiple woofers. Which bring me to the end of the story. You spend your money but spend your money wise.
